Our Story
Botanic Base was founded in 2023 by Liam Sawyer, a computer engineer and plant enthusiast. Liam's passion for plants began in 2020 when he started growing a small collection of houseplants. He quickly became fascinated by the world of plants and began learning as much as he could about them.
As his collection grew, Liam realized that there was no easy way to keep track of his plants and their care requirements. He also found it difficult to find reliable information about plants online. Liam decided to create an app to solve these problems and help other plant lovers like himself.
Botanic Base was officially launched in 2023. Liam continues to work on the app and is always looking for ways to improve it.
